Beta Update Summary:

This beta update is to test various updates to core dependencies used within VH. No new features have been added yet, but there is one thing that has been removed that should make VH start-up faster!

Backend Stuff:

*Updated SteamVR Unity Plugin to v2.8.0 (sdk 2.0.10)

*Updated Unity version to 6000.0.53f1 LTS

Start-up:

-Removed splash screen

Legal:

-Removed "must be kitten! software" from Legal.txt
